To: Law Makers In The United States
It
has become very apparent that the family court system in America is
dysfunctional and is failing the families and most of all the children
due to inexperienced and UN-knowledgeable judges presiding over complex
divorces and custody (domestic and international) issues, putting
children at severe risk with rulings the are not in the best interest of
the child(ren). In one case out of ten's of thousands, a judge in
Northern California stated in open court "I don't know much about family
law and the judge that is replacing me knows even less than I do" Is
this right? Is this depriving litigants the right to due process?
Help us to bring this failing judicial system to the light of the
public so that change can be made for the best interest of the children.
If you believe the best interest of the child should be the main focus in
family courts and should be preserved, please sign this.
